Lynn O’Connell

Founding Partner


     Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a master of business administration degree from the University of Kansas. She is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certified in both Contracts Management and Program Management, and is certified by the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM). Commissioned as a Quartermaster Corps officer in 1984, Lynn served 21 years in the United States Army, including 14 years as a warranted contracting officer and 3 years as a chartered project manager. In addition to new product development, Lynn teaches Federal contracting courses to the Federal acquisition workforce under subcontract to Management Concepts.
















Craig Miller

     Craig joined Diamond Science and Technology in 2013, bringing an extensive knowledge of ozone water and air purification technology and a vision to develop ozone applications to address current military logistics problems, ranging from preventing microbial corrosion on ships to reducing foodborne pathogens to preventing transmission of illness amongst military personnel living and working in close quarters. Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston College.   He has over 25 years’ experience in private sector financial markets. A member of the International Ozone Association, Craig continues to work in the financial world when not adapting ozone technologies for military applications.
